Are you unconsciously enjoying your bad behavior?

Hey, did you ever wonder why when you look at semi scandalous photos you feel your breath jump? What is that feeling? What does it convey to you?

Does that ever happen to you anywhere else in your life? Do you feel that jolt of excitement, appreciation, and intensity when you really SEE or understand something for the first time and realize maybe this is "for me"?

You'll know if you have -- It's exhilarating. If you feel the jolt in your chest when you think about it, see it, hear about it - it's that "what if" thought.

That feeling is the universe grabbing you by the spiritual shirt that you wear at your core, (in your heart chakra area), and jerking you towards that thing.

Sometimes you'll feel it happening in two different directions - in ways that don't seem compatible.

Are you unconsciously enjoying the contradiction between

> your pleasure in wondering what something will be like (so watching yourself not take the leap -- choosing not to find out what you can achieve, or access) +

> actually wanting a life filled with success around that thing?

You are a multi-dimensional being with multidimensional power. You have a conscious mind with conscious goals and you have a subconscious mind with subconscious goals.

Spoiler alert - they relate to keeping you safe. It's not all about keeping you safe physically, socially, and emotionally like they all seem to say...

They also relate to your subconscious wishes to experience a dynamic life that is a great story to live through and experience.

You wouldn't watch a movie with no conflict or overarching plot that waxes and wanes in intensity and -- excitement.

There is a feeling of suspense in living life with no knowledge of what's to come next on the roller coaster of love and life.

You love it in movies and books -- why wouldn't you love it in your own life too?

Be brave. Be bold. Be unafraid and choose to practice confidence building activities. Get out there. Choose to find out what you can achieve and access within yourself without thought to anyone else's opinions.

If you want to dive way deeper into this concept I have just recently finished Existential Kink by author Carolyn Elliot if you'd like to read it for yourself and put these considerations even further through your mental ringer.

My advice for those who would like to read it: listen to what she says about deciding you don't know everything about yourself.

Get out there and try new things everyone, take care of yourself, and take personal responsibility for repairing your relationship with yourself.

I'm starting now. Who is with me?
