Surviving 2022 to thrive in a whole new world in 2023

The Mars + Moon activation last week was particularly intense here. We lost our dog after he'd been sick for a little while. The doctor told us that it seemed upper respiratory, and that hopefully some antibiotics would clear it up, but the day after he finished them he suddenly left this world.

The time of his passing was 11:10am and the current ascendant was conjunct my natal Saturn, and Mars continues to retrograde over my Natal Venus in the 6th house.

The next time Mars will retrograde in Gemini is 2037, and since this isn't a common occurrence it's kind of like it's polishing this part of your chart.

Hopefully the changes that are implemented over this 7 month period will bring lasting strength and skills that you'll have in your intellectual arsenal when you need it going forward.

Mercury's shadow period before the upcoming retrograde is nearly upon us. Expect that over the next week or two you will think that things are going as planned, but those very topics will be revisited in the remainder of the month.

Don't expect the worst, just remain open to fluctuations in the plan especially around the Capricorn area of your chart, or your work and reputation, with banks, authority or bosses.

After January begins we start to see motion on things that we haven't seen motion on in a while. There are several energies that are reaching their closing impacts and affects now, and will start bumping up in to different areas of your chart soon.

In 2023 we will see:

  • Venus Retrograde in Leo for the first time in approximately 8 years.

  • Mars leaving Gemini after 7 months - when he usually stays for only 6 weeks.

  • Jupiter Re-entering Aries, and eventually Taurus in May.

  • Saturn is entering Pisces for the first time since 1993-1996.

  • Mars Square Neptune will dissipate after around 7 months of anxiety and confusion.

  • Pluto will preview Aquarius in the spring, leaving Capricorn for the first time since 2008.

Pluto will not leave Capricorn for good until 2024 so manage your expectations and expect a longer integration time than you might like.

When Pluto enters Aquarius we will see a slow transformation take place over the next 20 years in the Aquarian house of our charts.

For the majority of people this transformation starts so subtle that you'll need consistent documentation and reflection to see it unfold over even the first couple years.

Along side this new Aquarian Adjustment, the final integrations of the internal (perhaps even external transformations and life circumstances) that we experienced in the Capricorn area of our lives since 2008 are also going on.

The good news is that if you've been begging for your circumstances to change -- they're about to, drastically, and once Mars and Mercury get going forward again in January, likely even quickly.

The bad news is that you will be thrust into a new set of life circumstances in more than one area. If you have fixed energy in your chart (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius) especially this could be overwhelming and stressful -- some of the changes will be long awaited, and some of them will be forceful and unpleasant for every one.

The road might get bumpy. At this point in time we have a lot of practice with the Capricornian Pluto -- but the last time Pluto came to Aquarius was from 1778 - 1798.

None of us will know what we're doing, and we'll all be doing our best.

Forgive me for any outstanding questions, projects, or agreements we've had. I am working through them.

Here's a project I finished tonight. It feels good to check off something from my list, instead of just amending it to encompass more details, tasks.

Check out Whit’s Whimsies here or the accessories in this photo set.

Her stuff is affordable and cute and she's incredibly hard working and resilient! I love working with Whitney Letcher and look forward to working more with her.
